All preliminary arrangements have been finalized to distribute dividends as approved by members during their Annual General.

The dividend per share is UGX 5124. The amount earned per individual has been calculated based on shares held as at 30^th June 2018.

HOW TO USE MOBILE BANKING(MSACCO)

The above service is aimed at enabling clients access SACCO services much faster than before i.e. checking balance status/Mini-statement, depositing and withdrawing using mobile phones. You are encouraged to utilized the services effectively so as to reduce on costs incurred in travels and inconveniences caused. Please ensure that your mobile number is registered with the SACCO.

A. MTN USERS

            1. Dial *165#

2. Select Financial services

3. Select SACCO

5. Enter SACCO ID( The SACCO ID is USAMA)

6. Select Accept

7. Confirm sacco ID

6. Enter Member ID(This is an 11 digit figure number)

7. Choose option e.g. Withdraw

8. Enter Amount

9.Enter SACCO PIN .

B. AIRTEL USERS-ONLY FOR DEPOSITS AND ACCOUNT BALANCE

1. Dial *185#.

2. Choose Financial services.

3. Choose MSACCO.

4. Choose Deposit or Mini statement and or Balance.

5. Enter SACCO ID(230169).

6. If Deposit, enter amount.

7. Enter member number

8. Enter Airtel money PIN to confirm

Adjustments of Interest rates on Loans and Savings Product.

 Interest rates on Loan products have been reduced and Interest rates on savings products increased  as below:-

• Maximum loan from 5.0 to 10.0 times  of the share capital of the individual borrower.
• 16% to 14% on salary Loans.

• 4% to 2% on Swift Loans.

• 9% to 10 per annum on Fixed deposit Account.

• 9% to 10% per annum on Young Savers Account.

• 5% to 7% on Ordinary Savings Account.

INCREASE OF MINIMUM SHARE CAPITAL

During the 9th AGM held on 12th at uma show ground Mulwana Hall, it was resolved that the Minimum share Capital is raised from Ugx 200,000  to Ugx 500,000.

As a SACCO, we have gone through our archives and noted the resolution was made and is binding to all shareholders, 420 Shareholders have not made any effort to raise the said shareholding.

This is therefore to request Members who are below the Minimum capital of Ugx 500,000= to increase there share Capital so as to be eligible for the forth coming10th  AGM schedule.

NB: The 10th AGM shall only recognize fully paid up Members.
