The above service is aimed at enabling clients access SACCO services much faster than before i.e. checking balance status/Mini-statement, depositing and withdrawing using mobile phones. You are encouraged to utilized the services effectively so as to reduce on costs incurred in travels and inconveniences caused. Please ensure that your mobile number is registered with the SACCO.
A. MTN USERS
1. Dial *165#
2. Select Financial services
3. Select SACCO
5. Enter SACCO ID( The SACCO ID is USAMA)
6. Select Accept
7. Confirm sacco ID
6. Enter Member ID(This is an 11 digit figure number)
7. Choose option e.g. Withdraw
8. Enter Amount
9.Enter SACCO PIN .
B. AIRTEL USERS-ONLY FOR DEPOSITS AND ACCOUNT BALANCE
Choose Financial services.
Choose Deposit or Mini statement and or Balance.
Enter SACCO ID(230169).
If Deposit, enter amount.
Enter member number
Enter Airtel money PIN to confirm
